Spadina Optometry is a trusted downtown eye care clinic located at 477 Richmond St. W, Suite 809, in Toronto's Fashion District. We're steps from King & Spadina, across the street from the Ace Hotel Toronto, and a short walk to the Waterworks Food Hall, Queen West, Graffiti Alley, and The Well development.

How to Get Here by Transit

We're easy to reach by TTC streetcar, subway, or foot:

• 510 Spadina Streetcar -- Exit at Richmond St., walk 2 min west
• 504 King Streetcar -- Exit at Brant St., walk 3 min north
• 501 Queen Streetcar -- Exit at Augusta Ave., walk 5 min south
• Osgoode Subway Station -- 10-minute walk west on Queen

All routes are within a 5-minute walk of our building.

Where to Park

The underground parking garage at 477 Richmond St. W is the most convenient option -- with direct elevator access to our suite. Additional public parking is available at:

• Green P -- 15 Denison Ave (2 min walk)
• Green P -- 105 Spadina Ave (at Adelaide)
• Target Park Inc., 530 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON (3 min walk)

Street parking is also available on Camden, Adelaide, and Richmond -- but may be limited during business hours.

Neighbourhoods We Serve

We see patients from across downtown Toronto and the waterfront. Most of our patients come from the neighbourhoods within a short walk, streetcar ride, or bike of the clinic:

• Fashion District -- our home block, around King and Spadina
• Entertainment District -- immediately east, along King and Adelaide
• King West -- a short walk south, including the King West Village stretch
• Queen West -- one block north, including the West Queen West shops
• Wellington Place -- south-east of the clinic, between Spadina and Simcoe
• Garment District -- the historic district overlapping our block
• CityPlace -- a 10-minute walk south, between Spadina and Blue Jays Way
• Fort York -- south-west, beyond Bathurst near the historic site
• Liberty Village -- a short streetcar or bike ride west on King
• Harbourfront -- south to the lakeshore, easily reached on the 510 Spadina streetcar
• Toronto Islands -- we see Island residents who ferry over from Hanlan's Point, Centre Island, and Ward's Island
