We have provided comprehensive eye care in downtown Toronto since 2002. We are an independent, female-owned practice staffed by licensed optometrists — the same team, knowing your eyes year after year.

Can I get an eye exam near my office?
Yes. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and many of our patients work in the surrounding creative and tech corridor. Popular options:
- Lunch break appointments — we book enough time for a thorough, unhurried exam
- Start or end of day — a 9 AM slot before work, or a late-afternoon one after

Do you direct-bill employer insurance?
Yes. We direct-bill most major providers — Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Desjardins, and Blue Cross among them — so you do not pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. Do I need a referral to book?
