COVID-19 Update: Urgent Care Only

May 14, 2020

We are currently working remotely to fulfill online contact lens orders. You can contact us directly about your prescription and ordering a new supply of contact lenses. We are working to make sure our contact lens catalogue and pricing is accessible. We’re also available to help you with your prescription and finding the right option for your current needs.

Spadina Optometry is not yet open for in-person, non-urgent business. We are providing only URGENT CARE in-person at this time.

On May 14, 2020, the provincial government announced it was moving forward with Phase I of its framework to return to business, however, the directive that prevents optometrists and other health care providers from providing non-urgent (routine) care in person is still in place. Optometry offices are not yet open for in-person, non-urgent business. Optometry offices are starting to prepare for the eventual return to non-urgent care, and the College has provided optometrists with guidance to help with this transition.

College of Optometrists of Ontario

We are providing in-person urgent care. Please contact us to make arrangements for a tele-optometry consultation.

Our offices are preparing for the eventual return to non-urgent care, following the guidance provided by the College of Optometrists to help with this transition back to seeing patients.
